WCA is led by Principals with extensive experience in planning, architecture and interior design for healthcare and research facilities. We offer large firm experience with small firm responsiveness and highly specialized services required by sophisticated, multifaceted clients and complex delivery teams.

Leswee Wong, AIA, EDAC, NCARB, LEED AP

 

Leswee is a founding principal of WCA Architects. He leads the firm in healthcare planning and design. With over 20 years of experience, he has had direct involvement with over five million square feet of institutional work. His practical experience and knowledge in healthcare design naturally lends itself to the planning and design of medical facilities.

 

His work experience is comprised of campus and facility master planning, and architectural design for numerous reputable clients in the field of healthcare. Leswee’s proven capabilities also include complex multi-phased renovation projects.

 

His broad range of experience includes master planning, programming, architectural design and construction administration. While gaining expertise in healthcare design, Leswee has developed interests in sustainability, Lean for healthcare and evidence based design.

 

Leswee’s focus and involvement will include client development, planning and programming. He will work closely with team members early in the design process on major design elements and public spaces to set the character and identity of the building and its surroundings.
